THB Bagelry & Deli Owings Mills is being built to reflect the piazzas of Southern Italy, the look and feel of our newest location reflects our new branding, similar to that of the new Columbia location. THB worked closely with the award-winning Italian architect, design and communication firm MANAURINO, based out of Naples, Italy to design the interior of the store.
THB Owings Mills is designed for the post-COVID dining era—a design concept that is being replicated at all THB locations—with safe, socially distanced indoor and outdoor dining and a large waiting area inside. Upgraded technology includes contactless ordering kiosks located inside the store and a walk-up window for mobile order pick-up.
“We are excited to continue to expand our geographic footprint and bring our signature bagels to the Owings Mills community, an area that has shared thousands of requests for us to open a store,” said Tony Scotto, Owner and CEO of THB Bagelry & Deli. “The location is ideal—positioned between Columbia and Northern Baltimore—enabling us to conveniently bring the THB experience to more bagel-lovers who are craving it throughout the region, even attracting customers from as far as Westminster.”
A feature exclusive to THB Owings Mills and unique to the Baltimore region is a conveniently located walk-up window, accessible from the sidewalk next to the store. “Our goal is to provide safe options for bagel lovers who prefer to decrease, or even eliminate, time spent inside the store. In addition to the store’s socially-distanced design, we’re taking the grab-and-go model one step further with our myTHB app and walk-up window experience. Bagel-lovers can place their order through the app and pick it up from the walk-up window without setting foot inside,” shared Tim Warfield, Head of Marketing at THB.
THB Owings Mills will include the same enhanced safety measures implemented by the THB team at all locations across Maryland due to the COVID-19 pandemic, including floor markers for social distancing. Following Baltimore County guidelines, there will be limited indoor seating and masks and social distancing will be required in-store. THB Owings Mills will be located at 10288 Mill Run Circle, Suite 100, Owings Mills, MD 21117.
