Two of THB Bagelry & Deli’s most anticipated seasonal favorites are returning this March — and this year, every bite helps give back. The Baltimore-based bagelry is launching its annual Lucky Bagel and Maryland Day Bagel campaigns, with proceeds supporting the Maryland SPCA and the Maryland Food Bank during two back-to-back community fundraising initiatives.
Beginning March 14–17, all THB locations will feature the festive Lucky Bagel, a green and orange bagel created to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day. For every Lucky Bagel sold, 50 cents will be donated to the Maryland SPCA, helping provide care, shelter, and second chances for animals across the region.
The celebration continues March 21–25 with the return of the Maryland Day Bagel, a customer favorite featuring the bold red, black, and yellow colors of the Maryland flag. During this promotion, 50 cents from each Maryland Day Bagel sold will benefit the Maryland Food Bank, supporting hunger relief efforts for families throughout the state.
The campaigns combine THB’s signature creativity with a mission rooted in local impact — inviting customers to participate in giving back simply by purchasing a Lucky or Maryland Day bagel.
“As a local, family-owned business, it’s important for us to give back to the communities we serve,” said Tony Scotto, Co-Owner and CEO of THB Bagelry & Deli. “These campaigns allow us to take something our customers already love and turn it into meaningful support for two organizations doing incredible work every day. Whether it is helping animals find loving homes or helping families put food on the table, we’re proud to create a simple way for our guests to be part of something bigger.”
Guests who purchase a Lucky Bagel in store will also receive a limited-edition “I Got Lucky at THB” button while supplies last. Pre-orders for both specialty bagels will be available ahead of their respective launch dates at eatTHB.com/catering.
