THB Summer Giveaway Official Rules
SPONSOR
This promotional giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Rosso Management, LLC, a Maryland limited liability company (“Sponsor”), operator of Towson Hot Bagels (“THB”). This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Paytronix, Instagram, Facebook, or Meta.
ELIGIBILITY
The THB Grad Season Giveaway is open to legal residents of the state of Maryland who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Sponsor employees, contractors, and vendors are Not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
No purchase is required to enter or win. A purchase will not increase chances of winning.
PROMOTION DESCRIPTION
The giveaway begins on Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at 11:00 EST and ends on Monday, June 1, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST. Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
To enter the giveaway:

* Like the official giveaway post
* Comment on the giveaway post with your favorite THB bagel
PRIZE DETAILS & REDEMPTION TERMS
Two (2) winners will each receive a THB Prize Pack, which includes:
* One (1) $50 THB Gift Card
* One (1) Beach Towel
* One (1) Water Bottle
* One (1) THB T-shirt Approximate
Gift cards are valid for in-store and online purchases only. Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
Two (2) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the giveaway period ends. Winners will be contacted via direct message on the platform used to enter. Winners must respond within 48 Hours or an alternate winner may be selected.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of THB, which are final and binding. THB reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any issue arises that affects the fairness or integrity of the promotion.
PRIZE SUBSTITUTION
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if technical, operational, or inventory issues prevent fulfillment as described.
PUBLICITY RELEASE
By entering, participants release and hold harmless THB, Paytronix, Instagram, Facebook, and Meta from any liability, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the giveaway or acceptance or use of any prize.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I understand participation in the Event may involve inherent risks.
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
I hereby release and forever discharge Sponsor, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, successors, and assigns (“Releasees”) from any and all claims arising out of: Participation in the Promotion or Event Prize use or redemption Promotional publicity usage This release does not apply to gross negligence or willful misconduct.
PRIVACY
Any personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of this giveaway and in accordance with THB’s privacy policy.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT & SEVERABILITY
This document constitutes the entire agreement between Participant and Sponsor. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
