Once Upon A THB
THB Bagelry & Deli is a #bagelrydiculous staple to jumpstart any morning. Created with a shared love of an amazing meal, four first-generation Italian-Americans came together to create Maryland’s most beloved bagelry since 1999. Before they were bagel experts, they were college students who worked next door to the original THB. It was a little shop with a vibrant sign that read “Towson Hot Bagels” where the four, now co-owners, created the most delicious and authentic bagel sandwiches. There were less than 15 seats but they had a passion to share their story and positivity through food. That passion has carried them through the years, a pandemic, and the opening of two new restaurants. Get to know our newest locations in Owings Mills and Columbia.

Imagine a warm, welcoming place where the scent of fresh bread and bacon fill the air—hold up, that’s Owings Mills! We built our stores to reflect the lively piazzas of our sunny Italian town where people can stop in for a quick coffee, or chat about life and culture while enjoying an overstuffed, made fresh daily sandwich. THB of Owings Mills is a bright and spacious environment where you can see and smell the bacon being fried to perfection. You can find the neighborhood location on Mill Run Circle, adjacent to Costco (across from Lowe's). We have the best views, with windows that reach the top.
A THB Fun Fact: Would it surprise you to know that Owings Mills is 30 minutes away from the Towson and Columbia locations? It’s true! We consider this a trifecta of #bagelrydiculous goodness!

Every day we wake up excited to share our energy by serving fresh, delectable ingredients.
